Request to Delete Your Account

If you created an account in IELTS AI Tutor: Exam Prep®, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete in the App

1. Open IELTS AI Tutor: Exam Prep® on your device
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, email Dale from SteadyLabs at SteadyLabs to request deletion:

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your user ID, if available
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the following data associated with your IELTS AI Tutor: Exam Prep® account:

• Account information (name and email address)
• User ID and authentication data (Google / Apple sign-in)
• Profile information and preferences
• Learning progress and app usage data associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

In limited cases, some data may be retained and will not be used for any other purpose:

• Data required to comply with legal obligations
• Data retained for security and fraud prevention
• Limited internal record-keeping data

Data Retention Period

• Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 days
• Backup data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will lose access to your account and all associated data
• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account
• If you signed in with Google or Apple, you must request deletion to fully remove your data from IELTS AI Tutor: Exam Prep®
